He’s charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of arson, per county arrest records. His bail is set at $2.3 million.
Per court records, Parra Pulgar, a Venezuelan national, is also being held on a detainer filed by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Parra Pulgar’s case has been referred to the Fort Bend County Public Defender’s office, which declined to comment when reached by PEOPLE.
His next court date is Jan. 13, 2025.
