Finally a quality keychain light for those who love pink! November 16, 2009

Most keychain lights come in black, stainless steel, olive, mossy oak, or some other tactical color. The only exception I have seen are cheaply made consumer grade (i.e. disposable) models sold at mass market retailers. Until now.
The pink Streamlight Nano is exactly like the black Nano, except that its pink. I had the black one on my keychain until I saw this one. I gave the black one to my husband and promptly ordered this one.
It's a very lovely soft pink color, but has the high quality build construction the regular Nano and other Streamlight lights have. Aircraft grade metal, lubricated threads and o-ring, strong clip, and durable finish. This light is also very bright. I removed the SL tag to reduce bulk on my keychain. It's a great tiny and lightweight EDC flashlight, made even better if you like pink.

I bought this to use at night when going to the bathroom to light my way. It did that and more this tiny light is only the size of the end of my thumb to the first knuckle and illuminated like a regular size D battery hogging flashlight. I couldn't believe it!!!
This is an excellent flashlight to put on your purse, backpack or keychain. The clip is strong and sturdy and so is the flashlight made out of anodized aluminum which it won't dent like stainless steel.
The fact that a dollar is donated to Breast Cancer research for each one purchased makes it even a better purchase.
The light is tiny and oh so powerful and runs on button batteries LR41, that are reasonably priced at Amazon, 10 for as little as $2.72.
Can't go wrong with buying this on!!!

Very small (dainty, even, in pink!), lightweight. Easy on-off. If you "off" it all the way, it comes apart. You have to find a happy medium btw off and "coming apart off"!
My only concern is the spring-loaded clip. I plan to look at my keyring every time I use it. I lost another little flashlight bcs of the clip. (I reviewed it somewhere here; it has a "sapphire light" on it and you squeeze it to light it up. Great little flashlight, but it got lost very soon.)

Ok suddenly I've been on a Breast Cancer Awareness kick. I LOVE things that donate to like the Susan G. Komen fund and whatnot. I bought the flashlight because my lil one didn't seem to give off enough light, so I went in search of a replacement. I was quite surprised to find this little light is smaller than my thumb, and yet lights exactly like a hand held flashlight would. The brightness is stunning! Forewarning: Don't point it at your face and mess with me, you'll see lights for a bit. I learned that one from personal experience.

These little flashlights are extremely bright. I was very impressed. They seem to be very well made. Some have complained that they will unscrew themselves in your pocket, but I occasionally check it to make sure it has not done so. So not a problem for me. Great for having on your key chain. I bought 3 as gifts and kept the 4th for myself.
